Tbh, had a really really nice stay for a business trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was kept meticulously clean and available with a balcony, laundry and a bath. The location was best possible, within walking distance of Religious Art Museum.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Intercontinental in Cali. The location was perfect, close to the airport and various neighborhoods in the city. The staff was excellent, always willing to help and provide great service. The hotel had a beautiful pool and wet area, perfect for relaxing. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very polite, helpful, and profesional. The hotel was incredibly clean and well staffed. We ate pizza at La Pizzaria and it was really good. If you are from the states, try the pizza! The complimentary breakfast was also very good. On site, safe taxis are always waiting out front.

The rooms were a bit small and could have been more comfortable. The beds were not the most comfortable, and the air conditioning was noisy.

Excellent hotel in lovely city. Staff couldn't do enough. Only complaint is that there is not sufficient service around the pool area and we had to wait quite a long time for our drinks to arrive there and in the bar. Otherwise we loved it and will definitely go back.

Convenient location in San Antonio. Good pool, but slow pool service. Nice rooms, though shower curtain could be improved.
